We all know Kansas City is the Barbecue capital of the world. Some people would say Texas, others might say Memphis, but they’d be wrong. Kansas City is King. However, I also believe KC is Earth’s sauce capital. This town has so many different bbq joints each with their own unique flavor, that uniqueness comes from the sauce. Some are spicy, some sweet, some sauce is so hot it will make you rethink your entire life. Whatever type you like; Kansas City has it, and it's good.

Do you like to exercise? Do you like to eat? I like to do both so I thought I'd check out the Armourdale Hike & Bike Route (exercise) and El Pollo Rey (eating). Those two activities alone take up roughly eighty percent of my day, but it's time well spent. So put on your exercise shorts and your eating bib and do as I do, or don't, but you definitely should.

Hey, I can fly. Let me explain… I can fly with the help of a zip line, a few D-rings, and some great tour guides. But in the pictures, it looks like I can fly!

I recently visited Zip KC - a zip line course that sends you flying through the forest at speeds up to 60 miles per hour! I had never been zip lining before so I wasn’t sure what to expect - maybe I’d hit a tree, maybe I’d drop my camera, maybe a tree would drop my camera (anything is possible), but luckily none of that happened and I had an amazing time!

Think about the fastest you’ve ever driven your car. For most people, myself included, the fastest they’ve topped out at is 100 MPH. But even then, did you really go 100 MPH??? Did you really see the street signs whizzing past your window? Did you really feel like you had control of your vehicle? Maybe you did, I’ll have to take your word for it.
