Natalie is a Kansas City foodie and fitness class junkie who equally appreciates a killer kale salad and hometown burnt ends. Her love for community, food and health-focused writing began taking shape with her first job out of college as a health and food reporter for Missouri’s capital city newspaper, the Jefferson City News-Tribune.
