Ritz Dasgupta is the Public Relations Manager for Visit Kansas City Kansas. Longtime Kansas Citian, Ritz has extensive experience working as a journalist and as a brand storyteller in marketing. She enjoys working with travel writers, influencers and publications to generate media coverage for Kansas City Kansas. She completed her Master's in Masters in Integrated Marketing Communications from the University of Kansas, and also has a Masters in Sociology, specializing in cohesive, consistent and impactful brand communication. She is married to her high school sweetheart and is mom to her daughter Rii and her rescue pup, Blaze. She is also an avid traveler, who loves to recharge her batteries on travels with her family.
