Santa's Wonderland

Santa’s Wonderland at Cabela’s (November 16 – December 24)

Santa resides at Cabela’s through Christmas Eve! Santa’s Wonderland features a free photo with Santa, as well as kid’s crafts and wish list writing station. Grab a Bass Pass when you arrive so you can skip the line and explore the Mule Deer Museum, giant freshwater aquarium and more while you wait.

Mayor's Christmas Tree 

Kansas City, Kansas Mayor's Downtown Holiday Lighting Festival (December 6) 

This annual festival takes place inside the first floor of the Kansas City, KS City Hall! Christmas tree decorating, entertainment by local school and community groups, holiday characters, visits with Santa and Mrs. Claus, classic holiday movies, food trucks and more are all on the agenda. The highlight of the evening is the lighting of the Mayor's Tree at 7:00 PM, where the Mayor, Commissioners, and other elected officials will 'flip the switch' on holiday fun.

Great Wolf Santa

Santa at Snowland at Great Wolf Lodge (December 6-21) 

He’s made his list and checked it twice, now he’s ready to see who’s been naughty or nice! Be on your best behavior as you visit Santa at Snowland at Great Wolf Lodge and share your holiday wishes with him. Don’t forget to snap a memorable picture and have a jolly old time! Santa will visit Snowland every Friday and Saturday in December until Christmas from 5:00 pm - 6:30 pm.

Breakfast with St. Nicholas at Strawberry Hill Museum (December 7)

St. Nicholas is due to arrive at Strawberry Hill Museum on December 7 for a delicious breakfast! Your Breakfast with St. Nicholas will include pancakes, sausage, biscuits and gravy, fruit and a drink. A $5.00 fee will get you a picture with St. Nicholas and, of course, a gift from him. Prices for breakfast are $5.00 for children and $6.00 for adults. Make the most out of your morning at the museum and stick around for the Olde World Christmas exhibit!

Breakfast with Santa at Grinter Place (December 7) 

Come and have breakfast with Santa at the Grinter House! Meals start at $3 and includes a picture with Santa, goody bag, craft activity, and shopping with vendors.

Santa NFM

Free Photos with Santa at Nebraska Furniture Mart (December 7-21)

See Santa and get some holiday shopping in to with free photos at Nebraska Furniture Mart! Santa will be there for a hot chocolate bar, activities and free gifts for the first 100 children each day Saturdays (10:00 am -1:00 pm)  and Sundays (11:00 am -1:00 pm) December 7-21. 

Paw-traits

Santa Paw-traits at the Kansas CIty Kansas South Branch Library (December 9) 

Meowy Christmas and Happy Howlidays! Friendly pets and the rest of their family are invited to enjoy treats, make a keepsake craft, and have a special holiday paw-trait session with Santa from 6:00-8:00 pm at the South Branch Library!

Ag Hall Santa

Santa’s Express, 5K and One Mile Reindeer Route (December 14-15)

Santa’s Express 5k and One Mile Reindeer Route on Saturday, December 14 is a festive way to get your family moving! The holiday themed fun run will take you around the grounds of the National Agricultural Center and Hall of Fame and Wyandotte County Park. At the finish, celebrate with a train ride, cookies, and hot chocolate before visiting with Santa and enjoying the Ag Center's holiday activities!

Guests can visit Santa’s Express on Sunday, December 15 too for photos with Santa, train and hay rides and even more holiday activities and treats.
