The weather is warm, the sun is bright in the sky, now all you need is something refreshing to sip on. Craft this simple, crisp spring cocktail from home using Apple Pear wine from Rowe Ridge Vineyard & Winery in the Village West Area of Kansas City, KS. Rowe Ridge is currently offering carryout and curbside bottles of wine.
Ingredients (makes 6):

1 750ml bottle of Rowe Ridge Apple Pear Wine

⅓ cup of brandy
-
12 oz soda water/Prosecco

1 cup strawberries (quartered)

1 orange
-
1 green apple
-
⅓ cup pomegranate seeds

Ice
Steps:
Fill a gallon jug or pitcher about ⅓ of the way with ice. Chop all fruit to your liking (quartered, diced, etc.) and add to pitcher. Make sure to save some for garnish in the end.
Pour in ⅓ cup of brandy and bottle of Rowe Ridge Apple Pear Wine.The Apple Pear gives this drink a crisp, fruity finish that isn’t too sweet. Next add in soda water or Prosecco. Stirr in all ingredients together.
Allow sangria to chill in the refrigerator for 3-4 hours. Add ice (optional), top with soda water and garnish with fruit.
