KANSAS CITY, Kan. - May 21 - Visit Kansas City Kansas is thrilled to announce the new partnership, the Taco Trail Bus Tour, a one-of-a-kind and mouthwatering way to explore the KCK Taco Trail. Commencing on June 12, food enthusiasts can embark on a guided adventure of Kansas City Kansas' top-notch taquerias aboard the Red Machine Party Bus, immersing themselves in a flavorful journey through the city's vibrant culinary and cultural landscape.
Visit Kansas City Kansas has partnered with Red Machine Party Bus to offer this unique tour. Robert Galicia, owner and operator of Red Machine Party Bus, said, "I grew up in KCK. I'm thrilled to help spread the word about what the Dotte offers."
The KCK Taco Trail has already won hearts, boasting a selection of nearly 60 local taquerias that serve up a delectable array of street tacos, Tex-Mex favorites, and more. With the Taco Trail Bus Tour, participants can embark on a journey of diverse flavors, savoring the tastes of multiple taco spots in one seamless and delightful experience.
Each Taco Trail Bus Tour will last under three hours and feature a curated selection of taquerias with monthly themes to keep the experience fresh and exciting. The tour themes include "Carnitas" on June 12, "Chicken" on July 17, "Carne Asada" on August 14, "Al Pastor" on September 11, and "Birria" on October 9. While the original Taco Trail is a self-guided tour, Taco Trail Bus Tour participants can also earn points by check in using their Taco Trail pass at each stop. If a participant still needs to sign up for the Taco Trail Pass, visit www.kcktacotrail.com. The Taco Trail is ongoing, but participants have until April 15, 2025, to complete it and win exciting prizes.
