KANSAS CITY, Kan. - The Kansas City T-Bones have announced that country music recording artist Logan Mize will perform a pregame concert at CommunityAmerica Ballpark on Saturday, July 19, presented by the Kansas City, Kansas Convention and Visitors Bureau.
Mize, who is the official state of Kansas Tour Ambassador, will begin performing at 4:45. Gates will open at 4:30 for the concert and 7:05 game against Winnipeg. Following the concert, Mize will throw out a first pitch and then sign autographs during the game.
Mize, who was born in Wichita, Kan., and grew up in Clearwater, has two albums - "Logan Mize" from 2009 and "Nobody in Nashville," which reached No. 49 on the Billboard Country Album chart and No. 15 on the Billboard Heatseekers Albums chart in 2012. His current single, "Can't Get Away from a Good Time," is climbing the charts on Sirius XM's The Highway as a "Highway Find." He has opened concerts for Lady Antebellum, LeAnn Rimes, Eric Church and The Band Perry, among others.
