I’ve always considered myself to be an adventurous person, willing to try (almost) anything once. I believe that life is just too short to miss out on the endless new experiences that exist just outside of our front door. With that being said, I do have my limits. I have always been absolutely terrified of heights.

In high school, Bob Borberg, Owner/Operator of Chiusano’s Brick Oven Pizzeria, shot clay pigeons not far from where his restaurant now stands in the Village West area. While earning his Construction Science & Management degree from Kansas State University, Bob tended bar and cooked in Aggieville during school months, and framed houses in the summer to supplement his income.
